Terms

The following terms apply to bookings of dinners, events, travel arrangements and other services provided by GastroVin Sverige AB and Studio Nian.

Cancellation & amendments

All cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations received less than seven days before the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the agreed total amount. This reflects committed costs, including but not limited to planning, procurement of produce, staffing and preparatory work already undertaken.

Any reduction or amendment in the number of guests after this deadline cannot be guaranteed. The most recently confirmed guest count constitutes the binding basis for final invoicing.

Events at other venues

For events conducted at a venue other than Studio Nian, additional charges apply for travel, transportation, logistics and the rental of tableware, glassware and any required equipment.

Payment

By confirming a booking for a dinner, event, travel arrangement or any other service provided by GastroVin or Studio Nian, the client accepts a payment term of ten (10) calendar days from the invoice date, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Prices & VAT

All fees and prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
