Terms

The following terms apply to bookings of evenings, dinners, events, travel arrangements and other services provided by GastroVin Sverige AB (reg. no. 559054-9514) and Studio Nian. By booking you accept these terms.

Booking

Our evenings are booked through the form on the website. Evenings with a fixed price per person are paid when you book; your seats are confirmed once the payment has been completed, or once the invoice has been issued if a company has chosen to pay by invoice. Other enquiries, such as private dinners, events, catering and events at other venues, are answered personally and confirmed in writing with price and scope.

Cancellation & amendments

Cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing to info@gastrovin.se no later than seven (7) calendar days before the date of the event. Cancellations received less than seven days before the event incur a fee of 100 % of the agreed amount, and amounts already paid are not refunded. This reflects committed costs, including planning, staffing, produce, logistics and other preparations already undertaken.

Any change in the number of guests after this deadline cannot be guaranteed; the most recently confirmed number forms the basis for invoicing.

If you cancel in time, the amount is refunded in accordance with our refund policy, which also explains what applies if we cancel or reschedule an event.

Right of withdrawal

Our bookings concern catering and dining services on a specific date. Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (chapter 2, section 11) there is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal for such purchases; the cancellation rules above apply instead.

Events at other venues

For events held at a venue other than Studio Nian, additional charges apply for travel, transportation and logistics as well as the rental of tableware, glassware and any equipment required.

Payment

Evenings with a fixed price are paid directly when you book on the website. You can choose between card (debit and credit cards), Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The payment is made on a secure payment page operated by our payment provider (WooPayments, built on Stripe); card and account details are entered there and never reach our systems. The full amount is charged at the time of booking and you receive a confirmation by email once the payment has been completed. If you choose Klarna, Klarna’s terms also apply to the option you select with them, such as pay now, pay later or instalments.

Companies may instead choose Invoice (companies) in the booking form. The company details are verified automatically, the invoice is emailed as a PDF to the invoice address provided and the seats are booked immediately. Payment terms: ten (10) days from the invoice date, but always no later than three (3) days before the evening. We reserve the right to decline payment by invoice; the booking can then be paid by card instead.

Other arrangements (private dinners, events, catering and events at other venues) are invoiced according to the quotation or confirmation. Payment terms are ten (10) calendar days from the invoice date unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Late payments incur interest as stated on the invoice.

Prices & VAT

Prices for our evenings are quoted in Swedish kronor per person and include VAT. VAT is included at 12 % on food and 25 % on beverages and is itemised in the confirmation and on the invoice. Menu prices and prices for arrangements on request are quoted exclusive of VAT for companies and inclusive of VAT for private individuals, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
